Internship - Sales Analyst Trainee

At Nokia, the Sales Operations team within the Network Infrastructure business group plays a key role in delivering data-driven insights to our leadership. We are on an exciting journey to build a holistic data lake and automate our analytics processes, unlocking powerful insights and enabling predictive capabilities around our key performance indicators.
As an intern, you'll work alongside experienced data scientists and engineers, contributing directly to this transformation. You'll get hands-on experience with business intelligence tools, database management, and automation technologies, helping us shift from manual reporting to intelligent, real-time decision-making.

* Provide operational support to the regional Sales Operations team and/or Business Groups, working closely with them on daily activities and ongoing projects
* Support the creation, updating and visualization of reports based on sales process requirements
* Help collect, organize and interpret data related to the sales funnel, financial metrics and KPIs to support sales development
* Contribute to ensuring data accuracy and quality, and assist in basic data validation tasks
* Support performance analytics and business insights activities using tools such as CRM and PowerBI
* Assist in digitalization and automation initiatives related to reporting and analytics
* Collaborate with different teams to improve data accuracy and reporting standards
* Offer general support to the Sales Operations team regarding processes and tools, helping with documentation, communication, and small change-management tasks

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Must have:
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Computer Science, Mathematics, Informatics, or Economic Informatics
* Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel as well as Power BI
* Strong interest in analytical work: ability to understand a problem, look at its components, and contribute to finding solutions
* Solid English skills to communicate with an international team
* Willingness to work collaboratively, with clear and open communication
Nice to have:
* Attention to detail and an analytical, critical mindset
* Basic exposure to Power BI, CRM or CRM Analytics
* Curiosity and the ability to ask relevant questions, share insights, and suggest ideas that support the effectiveness of business teams
