Job Description:

►Collecting and obtaining the necessary documentation for the production of local certificates of conformity for novelties, as well as monitoring the validity period of these certificates for other tools from the range and extending them.
►Keeping price lists up-to-date and create them monthly in a format suitable for sending to distributors. Assistance for the maintenance of B2B portal (upload of price lists, actions and promotions).
►Working in back office programs (activating and deactivating customers, opening new customer numbers.) Help with entering recommended prices in the P13 system, as well as controlling them.
►Preparation of graphic solutions in PowerPoint for local actions and promotions.
►Localization of offline marketing materials, translations, preparation for press and the procurement process.
►PRO360 portal management, raising tickets, new dealer accounts set up.
►Digital content creation. SoMe monitoring and analysis of the online trade market.
►Assistance with roadshows and events preparation.
►Assistance with other related MKT tasks.

Qualifications:

►Recent graduate or last year student of Social sciences
►Fluent in English
►Good communication and organizational skills
►Basic knowledge of MS Office package
►Any knowledge of image editing tools is a plus
