* 🔧 HSE Fieldwork - Get out of the classroom and into the field. Experience both field safety and process safety in a live operational environment, seeing firsthand how safety principles protect people and processes at scale.
* 📋 HSE Compliance - Discover how critical documentation drives compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement across a global pharmaceutical operation.
* 🌍 Corporate Sustainability Reporting - Contribute to Sanofi's environmental mission by working on real sustainability metrics - waste, energy, water, and cooling - that feed directly into corporate-level decision-making.
* 🎓 Training & Development Programs - Help design and deliver in-house HSE training, create safety induction video, shaping the safety culture of an entire site.

Your Mission: Real Responsibilities, Real Impact

You won't be handed a theoretical project and left alone. You'll be an active contributor to initiatives that keep our people safe and our operations sustainable. Here's what you'll own:

⚙️ Operations & Engineering
* Contribute to ATEX Compliance Survey, applying your engineering knowledge to solve real operational challenges

📊 Environmental Reporting
* Produce reports on waste, energy, water, and cooling - ensuring our operations remain fully compliant with environmental standards and your numbers will inform decisions at the highest levels of the organization

🛡️ Safety Initiatives
* Support field safety and process safety initiatives that protect every person who walks through our doors
* Create safety induction video with the 10 life-saving rules
* Lead or contribute to at least one impactful HSE improvement project, complete with your own documented findings and recommendations - a portfolio piece you'll be proud to show future employers

📁 Compliance & Documentation
* Perform gap assessments for revised Sanofi standards and ISO14001:2026 to ensure documents are current, accurate, and audit-ready, playing a direct role in keeping the site compliant with regulatory standards
* Prepare documentation that stands up to the scrutiny of formal audits and inspections

🎤 Training & Culture
* Help organize and execute HSE training sessions, Safety Campaigns for staff across the site, contributing to a culture where safety knowledge is shared, documented, and continuously improved

You're studying toward a degree in:
* Chemical Engineering
* Manufacturing Engineering
* Pharmaceutical Sciences
* Or a closely related discipline
