Finance Intern

RESPONSIBILITIES

This is a role responsible to assist Record to Report (RTR) team in General Ledger, Audit and Tax matters for assigned legal entities and ensure accurate and timely reporting of the results. The role is required to have a close partnership with other finance teams, internal key business partners as well as external audit/tax agents. In addition, the role requires strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines.

Your main focus :

* Take part in local audit and tax matter for the entities assigned

* Assist Accountant in Month end close preparation.

* Support in monthly balance sheet reconciliation

* Provide support to other teammates

* Support implementation of internal control

* Participate in ad-hoc task as required

LEARNING EXPOSURE

* System knowledge - SAP, Ariba, Oracle (Hyperion)

* Local statutory requirement - Audit (IFRS) and Tax

* Manage priorities within tight deadlines

Competencies

* Strong strategic and applied marketing skills required

* Sales ambitious and result driven

* Extensive knowledge of strategic retailers and channel for consumer /beauty industry, including department store, shopping mall, Sephora etc.

* Position requires strong leadership skills

* Excellent written and oral communications, excellent presentation skills, ability to communicate with multiple cultures and at senior levels with retailers, senior and international management.

* Travel to China cities

* Good Communication skill internal and external

Qualifications and experience

* Undergraduate from Accountancy or Business program

* Strong excel skills
