Job Description

* Provide Treasury Operations support to all Lenovo subsidiaries globally
* Checking and verification of payments transactions
* Perform trade verification and reconciliation of Foreign Exchange transactions.
* Maintain update all relevant banking master database
* Assist in preparing Treasury management reports
* Provide analytical support for Treasury transactions, capital markets and other Treasury-related functions
* Contribute to initiatives that enhance operational efficiency through the use of technology solutions
* Support and participate in Treasury improvement projects
* Contribute to the documentation of Treasury processes, such as the development of policy, guidelines and process flows
* Fulfil any other ad hoc duties as assigned

* With the wide scope of Lenovo Treasury's functions, you will be directly involved in various projects across Financing, Tax and Accounting, Legal, Insurance and more
* You will be given many opportunities to work on your analytical skills with your involvement with projects relating to live treasury operations
* Gain hands-on experience with key corporate tools such as Power Automate, Copilot and SAP

Requirements

* Undergraduates pursuing degree in finance, business administration, accounting, or related fields. Current full time MBA students can also apply.
* Able to commit to a full-time internship for six months, commencing in December 2025 or January 2026.
* Flexibility and willingness to learn and provide support across different countries and time zones, occasionally requiring work outside of standard business hours.
* Proficiency in managing systems, data analysis, and project management.
* Strong organizational abilities, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks, responsibilities, and deadlines effectively.
* Proactive team player with attention to detail, capable of working independently with minimal oversight.
* Eagerness to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment alongside high-energy, mission-driven colleagues.
* Critical and strategic thinking skills to solve complex problems and propose innovative solutions.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in MS Office.
* Ability to anticipate the needs and priorities of the organization intuitively.
