Customer Solutions & Innovation (CSI) is DHL's cross-divisional commercial and innovation unit. In today's highly competitive market, CSI enhances the DHL customer experience by providing a single customer interface and developing innovative, industry-tailored solutions for our largest global and most strategically important customers.
We work closely with colleagues across the Business Units to deliver value beyond customer expectations and to build stronger relationships with key decision-makers. Our focus is on understanding our customers' businesses and industry challenges, and on applying proven DHL solutions to address them.
We are currently seeking a Business Analyst (Supply Chain) Intern in the eRetail & Fashion sector.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
* Maintain and optimise dashboards to track key performance indicators and analyse data to deliver actionable insights for team meetings.
* Conduct research and customer analysis to support strategic planning and business growth initiatives.
* Prepare commercial reports and presentation decks for leadership and team meetings.
* Organize and facilitate business review meetings with DHL Business Units to ensure alignment and strengthen cross-functional collaboration.
* Support the planning and execution of sector-related strategic events, including sub-sector roundtables and cross-BU workshops at the country level.
Requirements:
* Academic background in Business / Business Analytics, Supply Chain Logistics.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft office suite, including Excel (Pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work effectively with cross-functional and cross-geographical teams.
* Analytical mindset with attention to detail; able to assist with customer research and preparation of insights to support decision-making.
* Interest for eRetail & Fashion Industry, self-motivated, and a positive, can-do attitude.
* Open to students who are able to commit during: Feb 2026 - Jun 2026.
* Can commit at least 3 days a week for part-time
