What You Do
Your responsibilities will include:
* Transaction Support: Assist with the processing of client transactions, including document submission for Telegraphic Transfers (TTs), Trade Finance operations, and Fixed Deposit placements.
* Credit Review & Analysis: Support the Credit Review process by following up with customers for documentation, conducting internet research, and assisting with credit proposal preparation under the guidance of Relationship Managers.
* KYC & Compliance: Assist with Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews, screening for potential risks using tools like NetReveal, and conducting internet searches on borrowers and promoters.
* Market Intelligence: Gather market information, including fraud searches, SORA rate updates, and research as requested by Relationship Managers.
* Documentation & Reporting: Assist with document batching, call report preparation (including bank statement screening), and meeting summaries.
* Client Onboarding: Gain experience in the bank's customer onboarding process, learning to identify client needs and recommend appropriate banking products.

The EB Mid Market team within Global Commercial Banking is dedicated to providing tailored financial solutions to mid-sized businesses. You'll work alongside experienced Relationship Managers and support staff in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Learning Objectives
