Job Content

Role Description And Purpose

The role is to provide technical and sales support the APAC sales team.

Key Responsibilities

* Product Support & Sales Project
* To provide support to sales team such as conducting product positioning, peer comparison.
* To support sales on technical support on product.
* To support and coordinate product update, annual RFPs etc.
* To follow through on product projects with internal stakeholders to ensure completion and execution.
* Product Reporting
* To support reporting for BNPP Capital Builder and BNPP Sustainable Thematic Select.
* To assist to generate sales and service reports for clients.
* To support review for the Capital Builder and STS.
* Sales and Management Report
* To support CEO office on all sales and management report.
* To assist with coordination of Board Pack.

Key Internal / External Relationships

* Internal: Client Account Management, Investment Specialists, Product Development, Sales, Marketing, Compliance
* External: APAC clients, Retail Banks, Insurance

Role Requirements

Essential Qualifications & Experience

* Undergraduate students or recent fresh graduates, preferably in Finance, Business Administration, or related disciplines
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office application with good practical knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint
* General understanding of asset management industry would be a plus
* Fast learner, accurate, self-motivated, proactive, result-oriented
