Intern - Smart Dashboard and Workflow Automation Project

We are looking for an intern to join our Jobs & Skills division from Jan-Jun 2026.

Project Scope
* Support efforts to conceptualise, develop, and maintain programme dashboards and to automate workflows/processes for better work efficiency
* Design and implement a user-friendly dashboard (e.g., using Tableau) to analyse and visualize the performance metrics for IMDA's programmes and partners
* Identify data requirements, support development of a data strategy, and automate data acquisition from external sources from other government agencies and partners
* Leverage RPA to extract feedback from trainees' reports and to summarize trainees' feedback into satisfaction index using appropriate tools
* Develop robust data verification and cleansing processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability
* Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to identify and address any issues or discrepancies in the data
* Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in data analytics and reporting

Learning Outcomes
* Gain experience in project management, data analysis and reporting
* Gain skills in strategic and analytical thinking, effective communications and stakeholder management
* Further expertise in data analytics/visualisation tools and RPA

Requirements
* Preferably some experience with data analytics/visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau), RPA and data management
* Independent, analytical and self-starter
* Strong writing and analytical skills
* Project management skills
