Job Responsibilities:

* Data Analysis:
-Collect, clean, and analyze operational and project-related data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
* Project Support:
- Assist project managers in planning, tracking, and reporting project progress.
- Prepare documentation, meeting notes, and presentations for stakeholders.
* User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
- Support UAT activities by preparing test cases, executing tests, and documenting results.
* Continuous Improvement (Kaizen):
- Identify areas for process improvement and propose practical solutions.
- Implement simple Kaizen initiatives under guidance to enhance efficiency.
* Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of transformation projects.

Job Requirements:

* Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and Excel VBA is a plus.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Interest in process improvement and operational efficiency
