Job Description
You will assist the CapitaLand Institute of Management & Business team in the daily operations, as well as participate in the ongoing projects.

Responsibilities
* Assist in L&D activities such as organising training programmes, learning festivals, and talks at Business Unit and Group Level
* Design EDMs and visuals using Canva
* Assist in creating social platforms and SharePoint for learning
* Assist in converting contents into Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) compliant files
* Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements
* Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resources or any other related disciplines
* Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Proficient in using Canva to design EDMs
* Familiarity with tools such as Typeform, Articulate Storyline, and Microsoft Teams will be advantageous
* Independent, able to multitask and detail-oriented
* Good spoken and written English
