Job Description

Responsibilities

* Assist in the preparation of and contribute to the leasing plan for Junction 8, including researching potential new brands and concepts for the mall
* Conduct market and competitor analysis, including data gathering on on competitor malls
* Support the updating and maintenance of leasing floor plans
* Assist with tenant coordination and administrative matters, such as liaising with tenants on Public Liability Insurance and Audited Sales Reports
* Coordinate and support meetings or calls with tenants, including taking meeting minutes where required
* Assist with financial analysis of tenants' sales data
* Support other day-to-day administrative or ad-hoc duties related to tenant management

Requirements

* Currently pursuing a Degree in Real Estate Business or any other related disciplines

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

* Basic knowledge of real estate principles

* Strong numerical skills are an advantage

* Keen interest in the F&B/Retail/Entertainment industry
