Job Description

Responsibilities
* Assist to engage tenants on performance discussion and opportunities for expansions
* Assist to conduct regular meetings with tenants to understand their business needs and directions
* Liaise with tenants on complaints, operational feedback and leasing matters
* Ensure tenants' adherence to lease terms
* Analyse tenants' sales data for reporting purposes and provide management, malls and other departments with relevant leasing reports when required
* Support in report generations and tracking of tenant's submission for Public Liability Insurance (PLI) and Audited Financial Statements (AFS)
* Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements
* Currently pursuing a Degree in Business, Real Estate, or any other related discipline
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Able to deliver work timely and accurately
* Demonstrates responsibility and accountability for assigned tasks
* Detail-oriented, meticulous and willing to learn
