New Business Process Automation team dedicated to driving operational excellence through the  implementation of automated systems and intelligent workflows , leveraging innovative solutions and emerging technologies . We specialize in conducting  gap analyses  and reviewing  end-to-end business process flows  to identify opportunities for  efficiency gains ,  cost reduction , and  digital adoption . By aligning AI and automation strategies with business goals, we enable scalable transformation and empower teams to focus on high-value work.

Focus Of The Internship

We are seeking a forward-thinking and technically skilled professional to lead initiatives in  Artificial Intelligence (AI) ,  Machine Learning (ML) , and  Data Analytics . This role will be instrumental in transforming business processes, driving automation, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Design and implement AI/ML models to optimize workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
* Conduct data mining, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling to uncover insights and trends.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and develop intelligent solutions.
* Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and dashboards for real-time analytics.
* Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to support digital transformation.
* Ensure data governance, privacy, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Learnings

Technical Skills:

* Data Analysis & Visualization : Using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Python (Pandas, Matplotlib) to interpret and present data.
* Machine Learning Basics : Understanding model types (classification, regression), training workflows, and evaluation metrics.
* AI Concepts : Exposure to natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or recommendation systems depending on project scope.
* Automation Tools : Learning platforms like BluePrism , Power Automate, or scripting for workflow automation.
* Cloud & Data Platforms : Introduction to Azure, AWS, or GCP for data storage, processing, and model deployment.

Project Experience

* Gap Analysis : Assisting in identifying inefficiencies in current processes and proposing data-driven improvements.
* Process Mapping : Documenting workflows and helping redesign them for automation.
* Model Testing & Validation : Supporting the team in testing AI/ML models and interpreting results.
* Dashboard Creation : Building or updating dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics.

Education & Experience Requirements

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science , Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
* Proven experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.
* Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
* Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and MLOps practices.
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
