Intern - AI Foundry Engineer

Job Description

You will join the AI Foundry team in Singapore as an Intern, contributing directly to the assets and build that supports our POC delivery across APAC. This is a hands-on builder role. You will work on the ServiceNow platform daily, producing reusable templates, integration patterns, prompt libraries, and supporting active proof-of-concept engagements alongside our architects and engineers.
This is not an observation program. You will own workstreams, deliver outputs on schedule, and present your work to the team.
What You Will Do
* Build reusable assets on the ServiceNow platform: environment setup templates, integration patterns, demo storyboards, and AI Agent prompt libraries
* Support active POC builds by preparing data, configuring environments, capturing documentation, building basic flows, and running test cases under engineer direction
* Shadow live POC build sessions to understand how the team delivers AI solutions to enterprise customers
* Collect and catalog working patterns and prompts from team members across Singapore, India, and Australia/New Zealand
* Test your own deliverables on a Personal Developer Instance and document them for team adoption
* Present your completed work to the team at the end of the program

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For
* Currently enrolled in a Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Science, AI, or related degree program
* Completed ServiceNow fundamentals training through the university partnership program
* Foundational understanding of AI and data concepts: how large language models work, what prompt engineering is, how data flows between systems, and why data quality matters for AI outcomes
* Comfortable building on platforms, not just studying concepts. We want people who enjoy shipping working things.
* Able to learn new tools quickly and work through ambiguity without waiting to be told every step
* Clear communicator who documents their work and asks questions early when blocked
* Genuine curiosity about how AI is applied in enterprise workflows, not just AI as an academic topic
Nice to Have
* ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or working toward it
* Experience with any of: Flow Designer, App Engine Studio, REST APIs, scripting (JavaScript), prompt engineering
* Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools, data pipelines, vector databases, or chatbot development in academic projects or prior internships
Prior internship or project experience where you built and delivered something under a deadline
