Job Description
You will be assisting the Data & AI team in their day-to-day operations and the development of new projects.

Responsibilities
* Collaborate with business analysts and internal stakeholders to identify business problems and opportunities, propose analytics solutions, and determine data and technology requirements for projects
* Develop project analytics solutions, including but not limited to report automation, advanced analytics, and AI engines
* Work with data engineers to plan, identify, and integrate data from multiple source systems into the enterprise data platform for analytics purposes
* Perform data exploration, preprocessing, and analysis on both structured and unstructured data
* Develop and deploy machine learning and deep learning models
* Create dashboards to communicate, present key findings to stakeholders and manage user acceptance testing (UAT)
* Collaborate with the team to prioritize and manage projects based on objectives and business impact
* Design and build Generative AI applications like GPT-enabled chatbots to innovate and drive impactful solutions in the company
* Explore new methodologies for increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of Generative AI applications
* Continuously evaluate and enhance the performance of Generative AI models through rigorous testing and experimentation
* Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements
* Preferred studies in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronical Engineering, or equivalent technical disciplines
* Good understanding of machine learning (e.g. Logistic Regressions, SVM, Decision Tree, Random Forest, lightGBM, XGBoost) and deep learning algorithms (e.g. CNN, RNN)
* Strong programming experience in python packages such as Pandas, Numpy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or Keras
* Familiar with data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc)
* Good collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams, and partner with business stakeholders
* Possess knowledge or practical experience in Generative AI or developing LLM applications using the Microsoft Azure stack or third-party packages such as LangChain
* Detail-oriented and meticulous
