Descripción del puesto:
* Review and screen candidate profiles and resumes to assess alignment with role requirements and hiring criteria
* Support recruitment operations, including candidate eligibility checks, interview scheduling, and coordination with candidates and hiring teams
* Manage interview logistics, including scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end interview process
* Conduct talent research and market mapping to identify potential candidate pools and understand talent trends
* Support recruiters in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and other channels, while building and maintaining talent pipelines
* Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), gather interview feedback, and support reporting and process improvements
Requerimientos del candidato/a:
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
* Have a passion for people, talent acquisition and culture
* Have a strong affinity for critical thinking, problem-solving, and result-orientation
* Being able to demonstrate excellent communication competencies (oral and written), in a culturally diverse environment
* Hardworking, meticulous, highly accountable and reliable
* Good team player, positive attitude, motivated and eager to learn
* Full-time interns preferred
