About The Team

Our team is a key pillar in strengthening distribution performance and creating critical experiences by being the partner of choice for external distribution partners, including Financial Advisers (FAs), Insurers and Bancassurance partners.

Focus Of The Internship

As part of Distribution Operations team, you will:

* Learn the ropes of working in a large organization and get a front row view of the business dynamics of our distribution partners.
* Leverage on data and technology to equip our distribution partners with accurate, timely and actionable insights to drive their business.
* Utilize user driven applications to elevate process automation for efficiency

Key Responsibilities

Business Intelligence and Reporting Management:

* Utilize data visualization tools such as QlikSaas, Python, advanced Excel (Power Query, BI and VBA) proficiency and business knowledge to deliver accurate, timely, and automated reports and data feeds on production to key distribution stakeholders (both internal and external).

Support Transformation

* Identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting by harnessing the capabilities of data visualization tools to improve the quality, turnaround time, and value-added observations of reporting. o Drive process automation using tools such as QlikSaas, Python and Power Automate

Key Learnings

This internship provides a unique opportunity to work closely with data, develop technical skills and understand the strategic use of information in a dynamic business environment.

* Report Dashboarding: Gain hands-on experience in creating and managing dashboards, utilizing data visualization tools such as Qlik SaaS to provide clear and actionable insights.
* Understanding Data Requirements: Develop a deep understanding of the types of data and reports required by our partners to support their strategic decision-making process.
* Sales Perspective Analysis: Learn how data and reports are used from a sales perspective to drive performance and make informed decisions.

Education And Experience Requirements

* Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Business (Analytics), Data Science or Finance.
* Keen interest in developing dashboards and automated reports using data visualization tools such as Qlik SaaS & Reporting.
* Proficiency in handling data using tools such as Python, MS Office (Excel, PowerQuery), VBA and PowerAutomate.
* Capable of independently exploring and learning new tools, techniques and methodologies.
* Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
* A quick learner who is analytical and has strong problem-solving skills.
* Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure.
* Open to new ideas, adaptable to changes and able to cope well with tight timelines.
