The Singapore Operations team oversees, shapes and grows the business in Grab Singapore. We contribute to Grab's vision of being Southeast Asia's superapp by providing everyday services that matter most to consumers in Singapore by developing business strategies that help us achieve our vision in serving our community.
The GrabMart team is a dynamic team that collaborates with adjacent Grab functions within the Singapore Operations team to achieve business growth within the GrabMart vertical.
Get to know the role
You will report to Manager, GrabMart, onsite at our Grab OneNorth office. You will assume a role in planning, implementing, and managing demand-generation and operations workflows. From developing strategies for growth and profitability to participating in performance tracking projects and daily operations of the GrabMart business, your contributions will be important to our business's continued success.
The Critical Tasks You will Perform
Business planning and analysis:
* You will develop marketing strategies for GrabRentals and GrabCab, creating engaging content across social media and digital channels to support brand growth.
* You will conduct market research and data analysis to identify industry trends, map the driver lifecycle, and suggest ways to improve our services.
* You will help implement co-branded projects and partnerships, using data to help evaluate their performance.
* You will coordinate with teams across Product, Operations, and Business, and external partners, to ensure project goals are reached on schedule.
* You will assist in organizing marketing events and sponsorships, ensuring you meet all logistical details and brand requirements

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need
* Undergraduate in Business/Science/Engineering or other relevant courses
* Familiar with spreadsheets (can perform complex functions) , databases, project management, and deck preparation
* Comfortable in a startup VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous) environment
* Express ideas in writing and verbally, and can foster positive interactions with team members
* Write and improve SQL queries to transform data from diverse databases and sources
* Express ideas in writing and verbally, and can foster positive interactions with team members
* (Good to have) Knowledge on eCommerce, supply chain / logistics, FMCG or retail
