What this job involves:

Process Optimization
* Evaluate existing workflows and use scientific methodologies to identify enhancement opportunities
* Collaborate with mentors to refine processes and drive continuous improvement.
* Create implementation roadmaps based on thorough analysis.

Business Development
* Research and develop new business opportunities in your assigned vertical.
* Build strategic partnerships through internal networking and cross-functional collaboration
* Analyze customer Note Worthy Response (NWR) metrics to implement data-driven improvements

Client Engagement
* Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers
* Lead strategic discussions about process optimization and growth opportunities
* Prepare comprehensive client materials including information memorandums, pitch books, and strategic presentations

Project Management
* Deliver high-quality work that meet established timelines and program expectations.
* Create proposal submissions and support execution phase governance
* Create and present detailed reports aligned to process improvements

* Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Business Analytics, Built Environment, or related field
* Self-starter with strong collaborative abilities who thrives independently and as part of a team
* Genuine passion for real estate and the commercial property industry
* Integrity, critical thinking, and strong analytical capabilities
* Agile mindset with flexibility and commitment to continuous learning
* Excellent organizational skills with ability to independently prioritize multiple tasks
* Proven track record of meeting deadlines in fast-paced environments
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
* Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
* Demonstrated ability to prepare professional reports, presentations, and data analysis
