Internship - Supply Chain Integration

The student, as part of the Supply Chain Integration team and under the guidance of an assigned mentor, will undertake projects working on Infineon's Production Scheduling and Manufacturing Execution System across the sites.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

* Project Support: Provide essential support to a project, working with the Project Manager and other team members to achieve project success
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support Project Manager in special projects with cross functional team
* Process Improvement: Drive improvement initiatives, which covers E2E Supply Chain processes
* Process Governance: Assist to provide business process standards and governance
* Meeting Coordination: Assist project manager on regular meeting/discussion
* Documentation & Tracking: Implement project documentation & tracking
* Gap Analysis: Evaluate and perform analysis to identify project/process gaps
* Stakeholder management: Manage stakeholder requests and support daily operation to drive business resultInternship learning outcomes:

* Industry Exposure: Gain exposure in E2E supply chain manufacturing
* Technical Knowledge: Attain basic understanding in Fab/backend semiconductor process
* Communication Development: Develop communication skills in diverse environment

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

* Educational Background: On track to attain a Bachelor in Industrial Engineering / Supply Chain / Business Administration or other relevant course of studies
* Technical Proficiency: Thorough familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet, and project scheduling etc.
* Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as a team member and independently
* Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities to meet short and long-term deadlines
* Problem Solving: Good problem solving skills
