Descripción del puesto:
* Work with internal Product and Marketing teams to develop, test, launch features
* Educate internal marketing teams on how to use platforms and introduce new features
* Develop and maintain product user manuals and product feature calendars
* Assist in conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features. Coordinate test plans with internal Product and Marketing teams to ensure features are live on time
* Support day-to-day operations and maintenance of marketing platforms
* Assist in troubleshooting, resolving product issues and answering user inquiries in a timely manner
* Generate business insights or product ideas from user feedback, qualitative and quantitative analysis
Requerimientos del candidato/a:
* Bachelor Degree and above in Business Management, Marketing or any related field
* Good understanding of digital marketing/marketing products
* Good stakeholder management, communication and writing skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
* Full time preferred, PT minimum 3 working days
