About Our Team We are looking for an ambitious Talent Acquisition intern to join the Global Product RD team. The team is building up an engineering team for core TikTok products in Singapore, to ensure TikTok continues to grow, deliver the best product experience to all of our users, build the most attractive features to help users enjoy their time on TikTok, earn trust in privacy protection, and more. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Responsibilities: - Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners to build & execute robust recruiting strategies that meet the needs of both client and candidate. - Design creative sourcing strategy and build strong pipelines for specific roles. - Conduct industry research or understand the best practices from other regions to provide market insights to hiring team. - Support various recruiting projects and programs, such as campus and internship projects and D&I initiatives. - Support candidate care efforts by implementing streamlined interview coordination efforts and offering excellent customer service. - Support HRBP in any other general HR-related work and/or projects

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Minimum Qualifications: - Demonstrate fluent proficiency in English (verbal and written). - Self-starter who has an appetite for learning new things. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: - Able to commit 5 days/week for 6 months duration
