Job Description
Get to Know the Role
This Trainee will support both our country sales operations and commercial excellence team in delivering sales operations excellence in areas of business partnering, sales insights, process excellence and system integrations. The trainee will gain experience in cross functional collaboration and scaling enterprise operations.
Grab offers exposure in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where trainees can develop both technical and communication skills while supporting cross-functional projects.
This is a 6 months full-time onsite role based in Singapore as part of the GRIT Programme.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
The trainee will be involved in the following areas:
* Assist and support in delivering sales insights to country commercial teams, and helping them troubleshoot issues on performance
* Support our month end billing processes for Ads and GFB to ensure accurate finance revenue recognition and good client experience
* Engage with our commercial teams and other cross functional stakeholders and identify key operational gaps (quick wins vs long term scale projects)

Technical Skills and Competencies Trainee will learn during the traineeship:
* Learn how to perform sales insights and business partnering skills to help our sales team understand their achievements vs targets
* Understand the gaps and inefficiencies in our commercial excellence process and recommend optimisation plans
* Gain experience on how a sales operations organisation is run on an Enterprise level
