Work Flexibility: Field-based
Overview: To provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring efficient day-to-day activities and contributing to overall sales effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist sales representatives with administrative tasks such as preparing quotes, reports, and hospital consignment.
Support the team with order processing and tracking
Maintain and update customer records and databases
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team
Assist with the preparation of sales materials and documentation
Provide support during client interactions, events, or product demonstrations where required
Follow up on customer queries and escalate where necessary
Help ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date
Requirements:
Recently graduated in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field of studies
Valid Drivers license, Preferable South African citizen
