About the Internship program

A diverse team tasked with looking after the strategic direction of the Combustible Category and fueling our vision of smoke free future by:

* Driving Combustibles Category portfolio strategy for the Market ensuring competitive superiority of our brands

* Develop compelling marketing propositions to address LAS needs and sustain equity on global brands

 

Who we're looking for 

* Currently studying a master's degree in management or relevant area.

* Strong analytical mindset with a passion for working with data and uncovering insights through numbers. At ease with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

* Proactive and innovative, consistently bringing fresh ideas and adaptable solutions.

* Positive and resilient, thrives when facing new challenges and fast-paced environments.

* Comfortable with ambiguity, able to manage multiple priorities and pivot quickly when needed.

* Fluent in English and French or German. Other local languages are an asset.
* Available from February to August 2026

Roles & Objectives

You will support and contribute various ongoing projects for Conventional Combustible products that will help Philip Morris Switzerland achieve concrete business results, collaborate internally (cross-functionally) and externally (agencies) with different stakeholders and analyze the performance of our portfolio and activities. You will work closely with a team of Product Managers.
