Overview The role: Key Responsibilities · General Account team assistance on day to day basis. · Assists the Account team in developing client presentations and briefs. · Administrative support (organizing internal/client meetings, travel logistics, finance support, expense claim support,…). · Attends client phone calls and supports Account Executive/Manager on preparation and thorough documentation of calls. · Researches trends, tools and technologies that have a specific impact on our clients' business. · Supports Account team with developing timelines and gains knowledge regarding general process of creative development and production. · Detailed, professional and timely communications to internal team. Objectives: · Develop strong understanding of our agency services & processes and clients business. · Develop a deep understanding of the creative process. · Develop good knowledge of the brand, category, and media channels. Education Requirements: · Bachelor degree in Marketing Communications/Business Management. · Previous experience in the communication field is a plus. Bilingual (Fluent in English, very good command of French, written & spoken)
