Internship - Product Engineer

The student, as part of the DMR PTE team and under the guidance of an assigned mentor, will undertake projects working on Infineon's test enabling projects at outsources sites.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

* To work with team on qualify new test packages and test hardware for new product introduction
* Hands over new test packages and test technology to production
* Manage new product introduction and engineering support to production
* Works on cost reduction and quality improvement on new product
* Optimize test concept, test programs & hardware and test technology
Internship learning outcomes:

* Understand the process to qualify new product
* Understand the process to qualify new test packages and test hardware to production
* Familiar with backend manufacturing flow
* Understand the concept how to improve yield and quality of the product

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

* Currently studying in Bachelor's degree in Electrical /Electronic Engineering or related disciplines
* Basic understanding of semiconductor technology and electronic components
* Problem solving skill and logical thinking
* Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel
* Familiarity with programming languages like Unix, Java, C/C+
