Job Summary

Ichikoh Industries (Thailand) Co. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Trainee to join our team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to learn the fundamentals of logistics operations within a manufacturing environment, supporting the efficient flow of materials and products.

Job Responsibilities

* Assist in the coordination of incoming and outgoing shipments, including material reception, warehousing, and delivery to production lines or customers.
* Support inventory management activities, including stock counts, reconciliation, and data entry into the company's system.
* Learn and apply company logistics procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards.
* Prepare and process shipping documents, such as packing lists, invoices, and customs declarations.
* Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
* Participate in problem-solving related to logistics challenges, such as delayed shipments or inventory discrepancies.
* Assist in maintaining organized and efficient warehouse spaces.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics department.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Logistics Manager or senior team members.

Job Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* New graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
* Basic understanding of logistics principles is a plus.
* Fluency in Thai and a good command of English (written and spoken) are highly desirable.
