About the team: Lemon8 is a social media platform committed to building a diverse and inclusive community where people can discover new content and creators every day. Lemon8 aims to inspire the community in a number of categories, including parenting, food, fashion, beauty, skin care, travel and more. People can share photos and videos as well as engage with one another through features such as likes, comments and sharing. Lemon8 is currently available on iPhone and Android in USA, UK, Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. Responsibilities： - Assist in managing the daily operation of campaign management and content management; develop strategies to improve submission rates and user satisfaction. - Assist in campaign designing for vertical content categories and work with cross functions to push forward for execution. - Assist in creators acquisition, creators grooming and creator communications for Mixed Category and Young Target Audience Projects - Be able to utilize In-app resources such as H5, Newsletter, In-app message, in order to communicate with target users

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Minimum Qualifications - Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Business/Marketing/Communications or a related technical discipline - Able to commit to at least 4-5 days per week, with an internship duration of at least 3-6 months. - Excellent communication skills with strong fluency in English (both spoken & written) - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
