Siemens Mobility has been involved with many key rail transportation projects throughout Taiwan since 1990. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Document Assistant Intern. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our TRA Project by providing assistance with document control and other administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

* Assist with the creation and maintenance of documentation.
* Provide administrative support to the documentation team.
* Support the filing of internal and external letters.
* Perform tasks assigned by the supervisor.
* Cooperate with flexible deployment tasks for projects.

Requirements:

* Proficiency in computer-related software and document processing
* Demonstrated stress resistance, adaptability, and a strong sense of responsibility
* Strong logical reasoning, meticulous, and a proactive personality
* Capable of independent work with a basic proficiency in English
* Previous experience in internal administrative roles is preferred
