The role and team:
Field Quality Analyst (AI & Systems Integration)
We are seeking a forward-thinking intern to bridge the gap between Quality Assurance and Advanced Analytics. In this role, you will spearhead the digital transformation of our Quality Issue Management System (QIMS), migrating our robust CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) frameworks from Oracle PLM Quality Cloud to Jira. Beyond the migration, you will be instrumental in implementing AI-driven applications to analyze quality data, identifying patterns that allow us to move from reactive fixes to predictive preventive measures.
Department:
The position is part of Logitech's Consumer Quality within Global Quality Organization. The team focuses on Quality issue management and use of Quality tools in identifying problem causes and the subsequent actions and learnings
This role will collaborate with global teams including data, IT, AI Quality and Doc Sys to improve the quality issue management tools and data analysis.
Responsibilities:
As a Field Quality Analyst (AI and systems integration), you will be responsible for:
* Designing and managing the development of an AI-powered Quality Issue Management Systems platform that centralizes company wide Quality issues
* Collecting and analyzing relevant QI data across many sources to identify and integrate high-value features that enhance platform functionality
* Partnering with cross-functional leadership to capture business intelligence needs and translate them into detailed technical specifications.
* Leading the platform transition by collaborating with IT to build, configure, and optimize the QIMS environment within Jira Cloud, ensuring alignment with global quality standards.
* Executing rigorous testing and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) protocols to qualify the Jira project, working directly with IT developers to resolve technical bottlenecks.
* Implementing AI/Machine Learning integrations to mine historical QIMS data, enabling rapid, automated "Lessons Learned" retrieval to prevent the recurrence of known issues.
* Building a CQ library platform to house CQ Issues, CAPA, CIP projects and leveraging AI in notebookLM.

Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in any Engineering major
* Strong interest and knowledge in AI applications & tools, data analytics, dashboards and and data visualization
* Knowledge of machine learning concepts, large language models and automation tools
* An analytical mindset and ability to think critically about data and insights
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a global team
* Strong communication skills in English
* Highly organized, commitment to meeting deadlines, able to prioritize effectively with strong time management skills and continuously learning new skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Interest in consumer analytics, product quality, or customer experience improvement
* Interest in Quality data analytics and utilizing AI integration for enhanced data mining
* Willingness to extend the internship for up to 6 months when required by the department
