The Team and Role:
You are a pioneer Intern who will work closely with a TDE(Test Development Engineering) engineer to bridge the gap between raw Logitech test databases and actionable quality control. You will investigate our current data infrastructure to develop a Proof of Concept (PoC) tool that demonstrates how Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Machine Learning (ML) can predict test anomalies and improve yield.

* Data Exploration: Audit current Logitech test databases to identify key parameters (voltage, frequency, throughput, etc.) suitable for SPC.
* Feasibility Study: Determine if existing data has the "cleanliness" and sampling frequency required for traditional Shewhart charts.
* Prototype Development: Build a demo tool (using Python/Streamlit, PowerBI, or Tableau) that visualizes test data in real-time or batch mode.
* Advanced Analytics: Evaluate and implement AI/ML models (e.g., Anomaly Detection, Time-Series Forecasting) to supplement traditional SPC limits.
* Reporting: Present a "Working/Not Working" demo showing how the tool would have caught a past "Special Cause" variation.

Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
* Languages: Python(Pandas, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib) or any other coding tools that can be used for data processing and visualizing.
* Statistical Knowledge: Understanding of Mean, Sigma, Cp/Cpk, and Control Limits concepts.
* AI Literacy: Skilled in using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to accelerate research and coding.
* Curiosity: Ability to work with ambiguous data and define its value.

Education:
B.S, M.S. or in Industrial Engineering / Statistics / Data Science, or a related field
