Job Description:

* Support the digitalization journey of treasury and accounting processes through software-based improvement projects
* Contribute to automation-focused projects by utilizing digital tools such as Excel macros, VBA, and RPA solutions
* Assist in identifying and improving manual and repetitive financial processes
* Support process mapping, documentation, and workflow optimization activities
* Actively participate in digital transformation and continuous improvement projects within the department
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency
* Gain hands-on experience in accounting principles, treasury operations, and Bosch internal processes
* Support reporting and analysis activities related to financial process improvement projects

Qualifications:

* 2nd or 3rd year undergraduate student in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
* Interest in process digitalization, automation, and software-driven improvement projects
* Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel
* Interest in Excel macros, VBA, or RPA tools (prior knowledge is preferred)
* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Willingness to learn financial processes, accounting workflows, and corporate systems
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset
