Job Title
Quality Intern with Arabic
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
* Aids in the management of quality support process by collaborating with different stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, demonstrating great inter-personal and communication skills.
* Supports the day-to-day activities of META Patient Safety and Quality department, typically involving in operational and/or administrative tasks.
* Mainly supports Field Safety Notification process; informing customers, sending letters, collecting reply cards.
* Participates in team meetings, contributing innovative ideas and strategic input, while also capturing detailed minutes that accurately reflect discussions, decisions, and action items, ensuring effective communication and follow-up within the team.
* Assists in preparation of reports or filling forms for authority notifications or follow-up reports related to field safety actions.
* Organizes and maintains departmental documentation and files by systematically categorizing and filing records, reports, and other essential documents to ensure they are easily accessible and retrievable, thereby enhancing the department's operational efficiency and compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Maintains up to date knowledge of industry trends, developments, and best practices and learns technical skills related to industry, exhibiting a commercial and growth mindset.
Minimum required Education:
High School Diploma plus Active student status/enrollment at the University, College or Vocational Education. Can be a master student as well.
Minimum required Experience:
No prior experience required.
Language:
Fluent English, Arabic and Turkish

How we work together

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
