Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated intern to support our organization. In this role, you will take an active part in operational processes, digitalization initiatives, and continuous improvement activities within a dynamic international environment.
Your contribution to something big:
* Ensure accuracy, consistency, and governance of master data across systems
* Perform PPC (Production Planning & Control) calculations and support operational planning processes
* Provide analytical support for appliance cost development and cost optimization initiatives
* Support IB sales reporting, including IMS and TIP calculations
* Coordinate and track CTG and BSC metrics in line with performance management frameworks
* Manage whiteboard coordination and cross-functional alignment activities
* Maintain, enhance, and optimize dashboards using Power BI and Power Query
* Lead data-driven improvement projects leveraging AI-based analytics
* Analyze and integrate external data sources, including TÜİK reports, into internal reporting and insights

Qualifications:

What distinguishes you:
* 3rd year undergraduate or master student, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration and Economics
* Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications
* Strong problem solving skills with an entrepreneur mindset
* Excellent command of English
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit with eagerness to learn
* SQL, Power BI, Excel VBA (macro) knowledge
