We are looking for motivated and dynamic 3rd and 4th year undergraduate students who are eager to gain hands-on experience through our Lead Your Way Long-Term Internship Program, running between September 2026 and June 2027.

Qualifications

* Currently enrolled in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Control & Automation Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines

* Able to attend the internship program at least 3 days per week in the office

* Residing in Istanbul

* Proficient in written and spoken English, with the ability to actively use the language in a professional environment

* Strong command of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)

* Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset with a strong willingness to learn

* Strong communication, teamwork skills, and sense of responsibility

* Detail-oriented with a proactive and self-driven attitude

* Aim to develop a career in Railway Industry
