Job Description:

* Support daily operational and process-related activities within the production environment
* Assist in organizing team documentation and maintaining structured records
* Contribute to workplace organization and continuous improvement initiatives (5S practices)
* Support both qualitative and quantitative analysis for ongoing projects and problem-solving activities
* Track and follow up on action plans and improvement projects
* Assist in evaluating the technical feasibility of production-related improvements and solutions

Qualifications:

* Undergraduate or graduate student, preferably in an engineering departments
* Availability to work at least 3 full days per week during the academic term
* Proficiency in MS Office applications, including strong presentation preparation skills
* Advanced level of English (both written and spoken)
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Result-oriented mindset with strong analytical thinking
