Are you currently studying Accounting, or a related field and eager to apply your knowledge in a real corporate environment? We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and self-driven intern who is passionate about learning and ready to gain hands-on experience in accounting operations and controlling. Join us as our next Accounting Intern!Key Responsibilities
* Support the Accounts Payable (AP) reconciliation process with vendors, including reviewing and clarifying variances
* Assist in invoice verification and AP payment processes, ensuring proper documentation flow
* Support digital archiving (e-doc) of accounting documents
* Participate in inventory physical counts, including data verification and input
* Support fixed asset (FA) physical counts, including asset labeling and coordination with relevant departments
* Assist in basic fixed asset management activities
* Support administrative accounting tasks such as document stamping, sealing, and general office support
* Handle ad-hoc and urgent tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifikationen

Who we are looking for?
* Vietnamese citizen with legal eligibility to work in Vietnam
* Undergraduate student majoring in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
* Available for a full-time 6-month internship, ending in November 2026
* Maintain student status throughout the internship period
* Eager to learn, proactive, and capable of independent research
* Hardworking, detail-oriented, and self-driven
* Good English communication skills (both written and verbal)
* Interest in automation or technology is a plus
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
