[SO] Translation & Requirement Management Support Intern (Japanese + English required)

Job Description

* Receive specification documents from customer.
* Import the content of specification in various formats (word, excel, pdf, matrix...) into Doors system, manage version, set attribute and layout as per customer requirement.
* Ensure consistency of attribute, layouts for all modules.
* Reflect changes of specification into system when having updates.
* Develop and manage project metrics.
* Be in charge of other activities such as system configuration management, baseline copy, tracking report...
* Translate technical documents from Japanese to English and vice versa

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Qualifications

* Undergraduate students, majoring in Linguistics, Business Administration or relevant fields
* Able to join 6-month full-time internship, and provide a recommendation letter from university.
* Good at MS Office (Word, Excel)
* Logical and analytical thinking
* Good at English communication
* Japanese N2 or above
