Job Description
* Handle front desk reception duties: hotline operator, posts and couriers, parking, and utilities card management, assistance, etc.
* Provide professional greeting and welcoming with clear and appropriate instruction to company's visitors.
* Perform administrative responsibilities such as sorting and handling data entry, making and maintaining documents and reports, working with vendors, etc.
* Obtain good sense in being open-minded towards digital transformation by interacting with different applications.
* Activeness in receiving and handling ad hoc job duties as being assigned related to facilities management scope.
* Positivity is required and initiatives for work's enhancement are welcome.
* Maintain safety and hygiene standards of the reception area.
* Comply with the existing guidelines of EHS, Facilities Management
Requerimientos del candidato/a:
Qualifications
* 3rd - 4th year student in Business Administration, Human Resources, Hospitality or related fields.
* Official university recommendation letter with stamp (mandatory)
* Commitment: full-time or at least 4 days/week
* Good ability of English communication
* Strong customer focus
* Capable of MS office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
