Mercedes-Benz Vietnam Ltd. (MBV), a joint venture with the German-based Mercedes-Benz AG and SAMCO, was incorporated on the 14th of April in 1995. MBV has been tasked with the assembly and distribution of passenger cars. Since our foundation in 1995, we have been a key player in the local automotive industry, especially in the luxury segment.
Are you currently studying Data Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field and looking to gain practical experience in quality data analysis within a manufacturing environment? We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive individual who can effectively support data-driven quality improvement initiatives. If you have strong Excel skills, a keen eye for detail, and are eager to learn tools such as Python, R, or SQL, this role will be a great opportunity to build hands-on experience in a professional setting.
As a Quality Management Intern, your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the Quality team in analyzing production and quality data to improve overall performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

* Assisting in root cause analysis of quality issues and contributing to the development of corrective actions.

* Tracking and monitoring corrective and preventive actions to ensure effectiveness and timely completion.

* Identifying trends and patterns in quality data to support decision-making and reporting.

* Providing administrative and analytical support to the Quality team and performing other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifikationen

Who we are looking for?
* Vietnamese citizen with full legal eligibility to work in Vietnam.
* Remains a student throughout the 6-month internship period, concluding the end of October 2026.
* Undergraduate student majoring in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering, or any other relevant fields.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks, with attention to detail and careful work habits.

* Data analysis skills: strong mathematical and statistical capabilities.
* Systems knowledge: Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Supply Chain.
* Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
