Job Description
* Support Service Desk for IT Infra Front-End (IT accessories & small equipment, printing service, barcode scanners, communication TV, etc.): act as 1st layer of contact for Service Request Fulfillment, Incident Management.
* Support HW & SW Preventive Maintenance for IT Infra Front-End
* Support IT Inventory Management. Including 5S/ Safety tracking, ensure inventory data quality, stock management.
* Support Documentation:
- Support on IT user guide, work instructions, manuals, knowledge articles
- Support on raw data preparation & data presentation for ICO operational reports
Requerimientos del candidato/a:
Qualifications
* 3rd or 4th year students with IT, Engineering background or any related, can commit to a full-time 6-month internship.
* Average English communication & writing skill.
* Good at Microsoft Office Excel & PowerPoint.
* Well-organizing, Integrity, Responsibility, Discipline
* Training is provided for all assigned tasks. Basic IT client hardware knowledge is nice to have
