About the Opportunity
As an Intern in the APAC People & Culture Business Partner team, you will take part in a meaningful mix of strategic and operational work that supports SAP's Go-to-Market organization across the region. You will partner with experienced HR leaders, contribute to high-visibility projects, and build hands-on experience in people strategy, communications, data-driven insights, and program delivery. This paid internship is designed for students who want to make a real contribution, develop sought-after skills, and grow their confidence in a global, fast-moving environment.

Role Details
Title: SAP Intern - APAC P&C Business Partner (Go To Market)
Location: Ho Chi Minh City
Start Date: As soon as possible
Duration: Minimum 12 months, with the possibility of extension
Working Model: Full-time (5 days per week) preferred, with flexibility to collaborate across time zones in a global team environment
What You'll Do
· Support strategic priorities: Contribute to regional people initiatives, priority topics, and projects that help shape the employee and business agenda across APAC.
· Contribute to people strategy: Help deliver initiatives that support organizational transformation, workforce priorities, and the evolution of people practices within GTM.
· Collaborate across teams: Support regional and global projects, team meetings, and internal communications that strengthen collaboration and visibility across stakeholders.
· Create impactful communications: Develop clear, high-quality presentations and communication materials for HR leaders, business stakeholders, and employee audiences.
· Turn data into insight: Analyze people data such as hiring and attrition trends, and help translate findings into actionable insights that support decision-making.
· Help drive programs: Assist with the planning and execution of regional or global initiatives, helping ensure smooth delivery and alignment with business priorities.

· Design skills are a plus, especially if you enjoy creating visually engaging presentations or communication materials.
· An interest in people, business, and technology. Prior HR experience is not required-what matters most is your curiosity, drive, and willingness to learn.
