[Internship] Logistics Cost Clearance Intern

Job Description

* Verify logistics invoice content from factual or from price verification perspective.
* Process invoice for payment on time.
* Maintain monthly billing report
* Update monthly master data for systems maintenance.
* Prepare monthly reports per supervisor's request.
* Any other task assigned by the direct superior from time to time

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Qualifications

* Entitled as full-time student major in Logistics/International Economics, ... during internship period
* No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/ social activities will have a big advantage
* Eloquent in English and Vietnamese
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Strong English communication skills
* Proactive, hardworking, and independent.
* Can-do attitude, urge in learning and development.
* Candidates must provide an official recommendation/introduction letter with stamp from their university
