This Position reports to:P&L Business Partner

Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB's operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.

The work model for the role is: hybrid

This role is contributing to the Indirect Material & Services (IM&S) Procurement in Hanoi, Vietnam. Main stakeholders are IM&S purchasers.

You will be mainly accountable for:
* Collaborating with various teams to support ABB's operations, ensuring effective coordination and successful project completion within the defined timelines.
* Utilizing understanding of customers' needs and ABB's solutions to determine effective solutions for customers, ensuring successful project outcomes aligned with customer requirements.
* Participating in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other collaborative efforts.
* Seeking feedback and guidance from manager and team members to improve performance and skills.
* Providing documentation related support including but not limit to contract related document drafting, 1st line reviewing, printing, signature processing, courier managing & other supporting activities as trained and assigned.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)
* You are immersed in, engaged with, and highly skilled in using strategic sourcing methodologies, supplier relationship management tools, and procurement analytics platforms, with a strong understanding of the Indirect Materials & Services (IM&S) procurement market. You enjoy working with cross-functional teams to drive value through cost optimization and supplier innovation.
* Working as IM&S Procurement intern you should be with good communication & commercial analyis skill.
* Possess good knowledge of Trade & Transportation and Logistics is an additional advantage.
* The position required good communication skill in English & profficiency in MS Office.
