Description du poste:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Industrial Engineer with advanced knowledge in PLC programming (Programmable Logic Controllers), interested in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and screw joint technologies to support our quality and methods team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring high-quality assembly operations, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across production lines. Key Responsibilities: PLC Programming & Automation: Maintain and program PLC for automated equipment and assembly lines. Troubleshoot and optimize control systems to improve cycle times, reliability, and quality Integrate sensors, intelligent screwdrivers, and HMI interfaces for seamless machine operation. Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES): Support in the configuration and maintenance of MES platforms to ensure accurate data collection, traceability, and production monitoring. Collaborate with IT and production teams to implement MES solutions aligned with Industry 4.0 standards. Analyze MES data to identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements. Screw Joint Technologies: Develop and validate screw joint applications using torque and angle-controlled fastening systems. Ensure compliance with quality standards for critical joints in safety-relevant components. Work with suppliers and internal teams to select appropriate tools and strategies for screw joint processes. Process Optimization & Quality: Set up interlocked processes with MES, optimize control sequences Cross-functional Collaboration: As part of the quality department work closely with maintenance, and production teams to ensure manufacturability and process stability. Provide technical training and support to operators and maintenance personnel. Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related field. First experience in industry (intership and apprenticeship included) - 2 years Experience with hands-on PLC programming. Knowledge/interest of MES systems Knowledge/interest in screw joint technologies and fastening systems (e.g., Atlas Copco, Desoutter). Basic knowledge with Lean Manufacturing, and Industry 4.0 concepts. Fluent in English, German will be a plus Excellent problem-solving, communication skills. Let us learn about you! Apply today.
