Join the Internal Audit Excellence (IAE) Team through an exciting VIE opportunity in Internal Audit Excellence in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

This VIE position is an excellent opportunity for a young graduate to gain hands-on experience in acting as a transversal contributor and accelerator, supporting strategic initiatives across Process Excellence & Strategy, Assurance Services & Tools, and IA Branding & Academy.
This position helps drive Internal Audit's performance and value creation through innovative methodologies, data-driven analytics, robust quality assurance, and capability building.

Key Responsibilities

You will :
* Supporting the development and enhancement of Internal Audit methodologies, templates, and quality standards
* Contributing to strategy execution, KPI tracking, and performance reporting through dashboards and scorecards
* Participating in quality assurance, audit follow-ups, and action plan monitoring
* Supporting audit tools governance and contributing to AI and data analytics initiatives
* Contributing to capability building, including learning programs, certification initiatives, and Internal Audit communications
* Acting as a connector across regions and teams, supporting global collaboration, executive-ready materials, and transversal transformation projects

Education: Master's degree in Audit, Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or Data/Analytics

Experience: 1-2 years of experience (internships and apprenticeships are fully valued)

Skills and Mindset
* Comfortable working in English (spoken and written), another language is a plus
* Strong interest in Internal Audit, governance frameworks, risk management, and functional transformation
* Analytical and structured mindset, with the ability to break down processes, identify issues, and support improvement initiatives
* Comfortable working with data, digital tools, and analytics, including data extraction, basic analysis, and insight synthesis
* Ability to understand and work with methodologies, KPIs, dashboards, and structured reporting
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of preparing clear presentations and executive-ready materials
* Ability to collaborate effectively in a global, multicultural, and cross-functional environment
