What is the Position?

You will be Business Finance controller in a team of 5 people with close collaboration with Pricing, Business and finance functions, supporting IT Channel financial analysis, forecast, and the success for target achievment.

Which missions will you be involved?

* Active contribution to support business and financial objectives of IT Channel with robust analytics and P&L management
* Collaborate across functions with business, finance, and pricing
* Assist in preparation of Business Review for top European Management of the Business Unit : Secure Power Europe.
* Manage the IT Channel data visualization to ensure the readiness of the performance
* Manage rebates & contra-revenue analysis at country and customer level leveraging our internal tool (Channel Spend)
* Assist country/zone finance controllers across Europe in understanding the results and performance from IT Channel business

What qualifications will make you successful?
Master's degree in Finance
First 1-2 years experience in finance controlling in industrial sector
Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
High level of Excel, PowerBI is an advantage

Solid understanding of financial and accounting principles
Strong proficiency in systems and data management
Curious and motivated by digital transformation and process optimization
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Eager to learn and continuously develop new skills
Analytical thinker and effective problem solver
Self-driven, able to work independently and take initiative
