VIE - Order Processing Specialist - Szigetszentmiklos

Start your career with an exciting VIE opportunity as an Order Processing Specialist in Szigetszentmiklós, Hungary ! In this role, you will take full ownership of end-to-end customer order processing : ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery. You will also play a key role in transformation, driving cross-functional alignment and continuous improvement while contributing to the Unify program and enhancing order management performance. Main missions: Your role : Own end-to-end order execution from entry to shipment, including EDI and delivery coordination Monitor service performance and KPIs, driving root cause analysis and corrective actions Report key logistics and service KPIs and contribute to performance reviews (SIM) Ensure SLA compliance and adapt processes to meet customer-specific requirements. Act as the main customer contact (SPOC), capturing and relaying Voice of Customer feedback Manage order validation, documentation, and critical issues (delays, stock, returns, claims) Coordinate closely with internal teams (CCC, BU, logistics) to ensure smooth operations Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to optimizing order management processes Education : Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Industrial Engineering or related fileds Experience : 1-2 years of experience in operations, analytics, or project management (internships and apprenticeships are fully valued) Skills and Mindset : Fluent in English and French Order management & logistics processes (end-to-end flow, delivery, documentation) Data analysis & KPI tracking (service levels, root cause analysis) ERP & tools proficiency (SAP, Excel, Power BI or similar) Good understanding of supply chain, operations, and customer service Strong communication & stakeholder management Organizational, detail oriented and Problem-solving skills Continuous improvement and transformation-driven What's in it for you : Gain hands-on experience in end-to-end order management within an international environment Develop strong cross-functional and stakeholder management skills Be part of a transformation project (Unify) and drive real operational improvements Build a solid foundation for a career in supply chain, operations, or project management Let us learn about you!
